1Moet ik iets installeren om gebruik te maken van VendorLink?+
VendorLink biedt een SaaS (Software as a Service) oplossing. Dit betekent dat je bij ons niets hoeft te installeren en dat updates automatisch beschikbaar worden gesteld. De oplossing draait volledig en veilig in de cloud. Je hoeft alleen maar via je browser in te loggen om van onze diensten gebruik te maken.
2Hoe werkt de free trial?+
De free trial is beschikbaar op basis van het Essential plan. Alle functionaliteiten in het Essential plan zijn dan ook direct voor je beschikbaar in deze gratis omgeving. Nadat je je hebt aangemeld krijg je voor 14 dagen direct toegang tot deze free trial. Alle gegevens die je invult en/of upload blijven vervolgens ook voor je beschikbaar wanneer je besluit een abonnement af te sluiten. Mocht je onverhoopt niet verder gaan na de free trial periode, dan verwijderen we je data volgens de daarvoor geldende wet- en regelgeving. Dit doen we direct de opvolgende dag, nadat je hebt aangeven geen gebruik meer te willen maken van onze software.
3Kan ik een onbeperkt aantal gebruikers aansluiten binnen mijn organisatie?+
Ja, voor elk plan geldt dat een onbeperkt aantal gebruikers van VendorLink gebruik kan maken. Wij zijn ervan overtuigd dat de verantwoordelijkheid voor het leveranciersmanagement niet bij één persoon belegd moet worden en dat het voor de transparantie goed is dat er meerdere gebruikers zijn. Daarom kan je in je eigen admin omgeving die gebruikers aanmaken die nodig zijn om het systeem zo optimaal mogelijk te gebruiken.
4Wat is de contractduur?+
Een contract is bij ons maandelijks opzegbaar. We geloven in het succes van een lange termijn samenwerking. Door minimaal een jaar gebruik te maken van onze diensten haal je het hoogste rendement uit datgene wat wij als organisatie te bieden hebben.
5Hoe kan ik bepalen welk plan goed is voor mij?+
Voor organisaties die net beginnen met het inzichtelijk krijgen van hun spend of het beheren van hun contracten adviseren wij om in te stappen in het Essential plan. Ben je als organisatie al een stap verder en wil je je eigen workflows gaan inrichten om processen te optimaliseren dan past het Connected plan beter bij je. Voor die organisaties die een integrale oplossing willen hebben met hun leverancier en daarmee hun leveranciers toegang willen geven tot hun Supplier Portal adviseren wij om gebruik te maken van het Linked Plan. 6Hoe beveiligt VendorLink mijn gegevens?+
De VendorLink servers zijn gehost in ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 1 Type II, HIPAA en NEN 7510 compliant omgeving. De servers staan in regio Amsterdam in een uiterst geavanceerd datacenter met een uitstekende beveiliging en uitgebreide redundante verbinding.
